1. Order Processing Time
All confirmed orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

2. Shipping and Delivery
We offer pan-India shipping through trusted courier partners.
Delivery typically takes 3–8 business days, depending on the delivery location.
In rare cases (e.g., remote areas or high-volume seasons), delivery may take slightly longer.

3. Shipping Charges
Free shipping may be available on select products or promotional offers.
Shipping fees, if applicable, will be clearly shown at checkout before payment.

4. Tracking Your Order
Once shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with your tracking ID and link to monitor your shipment’s progress.
If you face any tracking issues, you can contact our support team.

5. Return to Origin (RTO)
If a shipment is returned to origin (RTO) due to:
- Incorrect address provided by the customer
- Phone number not reachable/unavailable
- Refusal to accept delivery
- Failure to collect the package from the courier (if applicable)
The re-shipping cost must be borne by the customer to re-dispatch the order.
We will notify you via email or phone and share the payment link for the additional shipping fee before reshipping.

6. International Shipping
Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We only ship within India.

7. Delayed or Lost Shipments
While we work with reliable courier partners, delays or losses due to natural calamities, strikes, or unforeseen courier disruptions are beyond our control.
In case of a delayed shipment, please contact us, and we will assist you in resolving the issue with the courier.

Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
We accept returns, refunds, or exchanges under the following conditions:

- The product is damaged, has a quality defect, or a print-related issue.
- The issue is reported within 7 days of delivery.
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

- Clear photos of the damaged/defective item
- Description of the issue

Approval:
Once reviewed, we will notify you of the approval and provide instructions for the return or exchange process.

Shipping the Item:

Refund Process
If eligible, a full refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned item.
