Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days. During high-volume periods, there may be slight delays.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can use it to check the delivery status on the carrier’s website.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.
You can return eligible items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and with all tags attached. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.
We currently do not offer exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order for the item you want instead.
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
We accept all major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment options shown at checkout.
