2. Shipping and Delivery

  • We offer pan-India shipping through trusted courier partners.

  • Delivery typically takes 3–8 business days, depending on the delivery location.

  • In rare cases (e.g., remote areas or high-volume seasons), delivery may take slightly longer.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping may be available on select products or promotional offers.

  • Shipping fees, if applicable, will be clearly shown at checkout before payment.

4. Tracking Your Order

  • Once shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with your tracking ID and link to monitor your shipment’s progress.

  • If you face any tracking issues, you can contact our support team.

5. Return to Origin (RTO)

If a shipment is returned to origin (RTO) due to:

  • Incorrect address provided by the customer

  • Phone number not reachable/unavailable

  • Refusal to accept delivery

  • Failure to collect the package from the courier (if applicable)

The re-shipping cost must be borne by the customer to re-dispatch the order.
We will notify you via email or phone and share the payment link for the additional shipping fee before reshipping.

6. International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We only ship within India.

7. Delayed or Lost Shipments

  • While we work with reliable courier partners, delays or losses due to natural calamities, strikes, or unforeseen courier disruptions are beyond our control.
