Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

We accept returns, refunds, or exchanges under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged, has a quality defect, or a print-related issue.

  • The issue is reported within 7 days of delivery.

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact Us:

    • Order ID

    • Clear photos of the damaged/defective item

    • Description of the issue

  2. Approval:
    Once reviewed, we will notify you of the approval and provide instructions for the return or exchange process.

  3. Shipping the Item:
    Customers are responsible for securely packaging the item for return. We may arrange a pickup or ask you to ship it to our address:

Refund Process

  • If eligible, a full refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned item.
